It was a warm sunny day. We were a large group on one-week pilgrimage. While all took the normal route, I took a shorter route to enjoy different views of this magnificent scared monastery called Paro Taktshang, the tiger’s nest. I got this beautiful picture captured through branches of trees decorated by those long hanging lichens. Those lichens thrive only in clean air and environment. I felt fortunate to stand among them.
It inspires all visitors from near and far! It is also one of the top tourist attractions in the country. Read more on Paro Taktshang.
